For a very long time now I have felt like my cup was half empty. So on Bank Holiday Monday, I finally took myself in to John Lewis for a bra fitting. There was something oddly comforting about standing in the fitting room baring all in front of three mirrors and a lovely mature lady wielding a cold tape measure.
Turns out I have been wearing the wrong size bra for pretty much my whole life. I've been buying 34/36A and it turns out I'm 30D. Woopdy woop! All of a sudden, with the right bra size my cup is half full! 30D looked and sounded so great to me that I spent the rest of the afternoon trying on all the bras in Selfridges until I found perfection at Myla.
So I've decided I am now grown up enough god dammit to only wear great underwear.
Here starteth my new obsession.
'Oh Baby' was all I could say when I found out I was expecting my first child. Six years later, that phrase has taken on a life of its own. Read the story behind my vision, share your thoughts on my blog – and become part of the ever exanding Oh Baby London family below.
