RETURNS
We always want you to be super happy with your purchases from Oh Baby London. We believe in quality - and won't be happy until you are. So if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with any of our products, simply return them and we'll either exchange them, or give you your money back.
It's what we call our No Quibble Returns Policy.
Just drop us an email at sales@ohbabylondon.com, or write to us; Oh Baby London, 4 Foscote Mews, London W9 2HH, letting us know that you intend to return the goods for a full refund or exchange. All we ask is that the returned goods are in a resaleable condition and returned to Oh Baby London within 30 days of your receipt of them. For your own peace of mind, please obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your cost of returning the goods to us unless they are damaged or faulty.
Goods must have been purchased at www.ohbabylondon.com to be eligible for a refund from Oh Baby London HQ. If purchased elsewhere, contact place of purchase for their individual refunds policy.
All refunds are processed within 14 days of cancellation.
